Laboratory of Mass Spectrometry, IBB PAS operates since 2000. Laboratory provides proteomic service for numerous collaborating laboratories in the area of biomedical sciences. The proteomic service includes:

• mass measurements of biomolecules
• identification of protein contents of the sample
• identification and localisation of posttranslational modifications
• differential proteomic analyses (both label-free and isotopic labeling methods)

Since Dec'2010 we also offer small molecule analyses for toxicology, metabolomics and quantitative drug analyses. For this purpose the most up to date equipment for MS measurements and data analysis has been installed.
