The Laboratory of Quantitative Analysis of Drugs and Metabolites (number 3089 in the National Chamber of Laboratory Diagnosticians register) works as a part of Mass Spectrometry Laboratory.
This Laboratory provides a drug monitoring service for medications with narrow therapeutic index. The MS-based method of therapeutic drug monitoring shows better quantitative precision than immunoassays at a comparable cost. Both types of our analytical systems (Waters Xevo TQ-S and Waters Xevo TQ-MS) are paired, therefore the Laboratory is constantly ready for analysis and can ensure the continuity of service required in day-to-day clinical practice.
The wide range of additional equipment allows to introduce a known monitoring method for routine use in the Laboratory or to develop a new analytical procedure for a drug of chioce.
